Are your styling services only for a specific budget?
I work with a variety of budgets. I'll tailor my recommendations based on the your budget.
Can I book a styling service if I don't live in London?
My services are based in London, however other locations are available on request (additional costs apply), please contact me for more information.
Do I have to pay for my package upfront?
On our introductory call we will discuss which service/s you'd like as well as dates and times, you are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the agreed day and time.
The final payment is to be made before the day of your agreed session date. If you have multiple sessions, full payment is to be made the day of the first service.
You may also pay in full when booking.
Is personal styling only for special occasions?
Personal styling is versatile and can be used for various purposes. While it's great for special events, it's equally valuable for everyday wear, updating a wardrobe, or refining a personal style.
If I book a package will all services be completed on the same day?
As each session takes up quite a bit of time they will not be completed on the same day. I'd advise at least 5 days between them.
I have a large wardrobe, what happens if I need longer than four hours?
Extra time can be added to the session for an additional fee.
After the wardrobe detox do you takeaway the items I'm no longer keeping?
Unfortunaetly I don't take the clothes with me, I can advise on websites/charity shops depending on what you decide to do with them.
Do you work with clients outside of London?

GIFT WRAP
What areas do you cover?
We are based in London and cover all London postcodes. For commercial projects or large wrapping requests, we can also travel across the UK.
Do you provide collection and delivery?
Yes. We offer a discreet collection and delivery service to make your experience seamless. Your gifts can be collected, beautifully wrapped, and returned at a time that suits you.
Do you offer on-site wrapping?
Yes. On-site wrapping can be arranged for homes, offices, events, photoshoots, and commercial environments.
How far in advance should I book?
During peak seasons—such as Christmas—we recommend booking as early as possible.
For individual gifts or small batches, 24–48 hours’ notice is usually sufficient.
What types of items can you wrap?
We can wrap a variety of items, including boxes, books, toys, clothing, electronics, and irregularly shaped objects.
For unusually large or fragile items, please contact me to discuss.
We can wrap a single gift, multiple items, corporate orders, or large collections. We also specialise in wrapping “dummy” or fake gifts for shop windows, theatre productions, editorial styling, events, and photoshoots.
Can you wrap using my own materials?
Absolutely. You are welcome to supply your own wrapping paper, ribbons, tags, or embellishments. If preferred, we can also source luxury materials upon request.
Do you offer wrapping for special occasions?
Yes, we provide wrapping for all occasions, including birthdays, holidays, weddings, baby showers and anniversaries.
Can you accommodate a specific theme or style?
Yes, we can tailor the wrapping to suit any theme or style. Let me know your vision, and we'll make it happen!
Is your service discreet?
Yes. We offer a fully confidential and discreet service for clients who require privacy, including public figures and high-profile households.
